‘Fear overrides love’ for him; that’s exactly it. His family and ‘frenemies’ have an idea of what his life should look like and he doesn’t have the courage to defy them. He seems to think somehow, miraculously, things will just ‘work out’ and we will be together eventually… without him having to do or say anything! It’s so frustrating, because there’s such deep love here from both sides. I had to walk away and let him make his own mistakes and choices. I need to get on with my life, which I am doing. He will be heartbroken when I meet an Emperor who IS ready to step up for me. And in a way so will I - he’s my Twin Flame, so this is incredibly hard. But I have to prioritise my peace and happiness.
