I’ve been watching your readings for the last two weeks and it’s incredible how accurate your readings are. I love the way you communicate, clearly, directly and empathetically- right to the heart ❤️ I’m in a leadership role, and there is great expectation to be highly empathetic and embody servant leadership. What I’ve realized is I’m often emotionally over-extended and too often available, at the expense of my personal boundaries and well-being. The light went on when a colleague shared with me that he thought I was so nurturing. I have been thinking a lot about that and will be changing my approach. I have reevaluated myself from October 2023 & realized that I have changed to someone I did not know, I cried so much to learn that I have been so unfair to myself. I decided to go back to the person I am and happy to be back. I cannot change my wrongs but can definitively move forward positively. I have just concluded the most painful journey of parting ways with the people that mean a lot to me. I have to be honest with myself, they don't value me the way I do and don't even care. I am tired of running around the cycle, action was the best thing for me and I made it. I am now taking one step at a time and slowly getting "me" back. I am back to being Assertive without being Aggressive and it is so good to be back.

I’m leaving bedside nursing- Im in charge , I called it, I’m the captain of the ship- I’m responsible for ensuring that the floor runs smoothly, making sure the nurses are providing high quality nursing care, Im responsible for all the patients. I’m the go to person / they call me “the rock” of the unit. I have dedicated 20 years on my floor - I’m leaving and starting my new position:oncology nurse navigator. I’m anxious - it a challenge learning something new. 2. My mom loves cinnamon. This morning she made French toast with tons of cinnamon. 😂 3. Spoke with my best male friend, Rigo this morning - 30 + friendship : met in the Air Force in the early 90s. We talk everyday 4. Moved my 80+ parents in with me because they were financially struggling. (big adjust for all of us) 5. I developed this rare vestibular neuritis from CoViD - was off work for 3 months with severe vertigo - it felt like I had no control over my body. This is when I realized I was no longer going to be able bedside nursing - that is my passion- ❤ Hence, the new job. 6. My scorpion X keeps trying to get back with me - absolutely not, completely toxic relationship not going back there again! I found my worth! I think I’ve said enough - so sorry! This resonates with me so much I’m always the one taking care of everyone I’m always the counselor the psychiatrist. I play many roles and at 62 years old. I’ve had one trauma after another my entire life. I used to think what have I done wrong to deserve so much negative stuff happening to me. I have dealt with child sexual abuse, I was an addict probably my entire life till 2013, two years ago Christmas I lost my 37 year old daughter left behind 5 children, which 2 of her daughter live with me my life has changed so much but I know my daughter is around all the time, and I’m very intuitive the older I get the stronger it becomes. But please pray and bring healing into this family. I just want to be happy again the way I use to be

While I feel some responsibility to take care of her, I'm struggling with the fact that she never too care of me. She is a narcissist, she can see anything past her own happiness. This is true, I'm an art teacher with many students and a huge following, so very successful after building for many years. It can be very demanding, as I need to compartmentalize how to address students levels, needs and sometimes dealing with difficult people. Greatful to share my knowledge with others and enhance others lives, but I am contemplating now if I should continue or focus more on my own artwork.
