This was very enlightening. I'm a libra, I turn 25 in 2 days. According to gematria my birthday is a master is master number 11. Also a lot of what you said in this video was so accurate to me, on both the negative and positive aspects. My spiritual life has changed dramatically this year, I was raised as a Jehovah's Witness most of my life before I started questioning more and more, I had a feeling that there was something more to learn. And then she explains to me her whole life story and how she was borned with her gifts of healing and visions. And I was just mind blown, speechless. And she told me she could teach me the Tibetan rites and reiki for free! All the things that have and are still happening to me this year, when I opened my mind to spirituality and the Universe have been blessings, of course there are still challenges but that's just part of life! This world is just a school preparing us for our next life in the Pleroma! Don't give up, every time a new challenge comes to your life take it as an opportunity to learn about yourself, and love even those that offend you because they will ironically make you a better person love is key, love is the very frabic of existence! I worked on my solar plexus this summer, because I noticed lack of will power in my decision making. I did notice imbalances in my daily life on many levels. I practice some yoga exercises and stretching, so as I listened to this video, I realised that it might be helpful to do balance poses like the tree and the warriors. Not a bad understanding. Obviously you have done some reading, nice work. I like that you incorporate the physical notes and exercise. I would say though, forgiveness is more of a scorpio dharmic focus. Libra is more picking and choosing battles. A balance of knowing when to speak up(fight) and when to let things go- in order to keep/create peace... yes not everything has to be fair and being ok with not getting justice. You could do some of Eckhart Tolle's guided meditations on his channel and see if that helps you. You could also do some of Rupert Spira's guided meditations too. Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche had extremely severe anxiety and meditation healed it. He tends to recommend mindfulness of breathing or listening to sounds in our environment as meditations for people to practice. Mantra meditation is another option. I personally find being aware of the feeling of my breathing or listening to whatever sounds arise in my environment to be calming and peace inducing but it can take 20 or 30 or even 45 minutes before I "shift". Even 5 minutes can be significantly helpful though. Listen to a lot of Eckhart Tolle videos. I find listening to him helps me to be present and more aware. Just listening to him helps me a lot as I find myself thinking less and being more aware and present. Which is peaceful and lovely.

Hey Gene. I just have been pondering a few questions lately and hope they reach you. Ive been studying the gnostic method for quite some time and have really enjoyed it until today actually. I don't know which books or exactly where it was that I read it all but i'll just explain. The first thing was saying how karma works, and if you're born into a situation with shitty parents, it's because you were a shitty parent in the past. That upsets me because I had two pretty shitty parents, but from the very beginning ive felt different from everyone in my family. I know it isn't in me to leave a child the way my parents left me, no matter what anyone says I know i'm not capable of what they did and never have been so that confuses me. And then another saying all drug addicts are destined for "hell" worlds. Many people surrounding me have been victim to drugs and personally psychedelic mushrooms are probably the only reason i'm still alive. they taught me how to love again, how to think correctly again which put me on this path that I felt was correct but now it's starting to feel out of sync, saying the world will burn in fire everyone destined for doom but a few "select" people. What a shitty system, I would be more reasonable then that as a creator. Born into a pretty shitty world, given little chances of breaking out and then just being sent to hell for it
