This is a great post about how chaotic this game's first month of early access was. The difficulty debate will probably go on for a while longer, too. Personally I don't want the battles to be super easy, but not so hard as to force excessive grinding, either. I think a happy medium is if you can pass the new levels by grinding stuff from general invitations, not necessarily story ones.

Ruina is an easy game, so long as you understand the mechanics. If you fail to understand exactly what message the game is trying to teach you, then you will be walled. Mods are a different beast however, they can screw you like CENSORED on day 13.
