[Library of Ruina Mods] Shion (hard mode) vs John Starofthecity (boss ver.)

What better opponent for someone who scrambles your pages than someone with too many of them? Anyone with Shimmering could work but this guy is the funniest pick. Imagine having 11 instances of Fervor.
I tried soloing this with the normal version of John Starofthecity but he keeps getting staggered in the 2nd phase due to a nasty passive I'll explain below. Plus, his keypage doesn't allow ANY attribution (due to already having all the passives) Instead, I used the enemy version of the keypage which is just the same but with more HP, stagger, speed and light. Directly editing keypages is a rather extreme form of cheating when OP downloads aren't enough. Don't be like me, lads.
Shion inflicts the Fading debuff, which discards pages in your hand and replaces them with useless "Burning Memory" pages. Not an issue, you can walk it off. The real horror is with Mnemnophage. It eats the first non-counter die it clashes with and puts them in a Churning Memories page. If you don't clash against it, the third hit will permanently EXHAUST a page from your deck. This makes her difficult to solo without Shimmering, which makes sense since she's a raid boss in hard mode. (The normal version is a 1v1 and is much easier to battle-operating like a player librarian)
This mod doesn't have any anti-cheat unlike Nemesis and Crowley, so you are free to mess around to your hearts' content. However, the 2nd phase carries a sneak attack in that if you hit Shion too hard she whittles down your stagger bar. This wouldn't be too much of an issue in vanilla-only but John Starofthecity ramps up too fast and too hard with his dozens of redundant passives.

There's supposed to be a keypage that includes any mod pages in the SotC tier but it's not implemented at all.
So when are we getting Bob Urbanightmare and Mary Impuritascivitatis?
