The overlapping of the Knight of Despair crying and the cheery music if the 8 o'clock circus just paints a very strange image in my head. Like the Knight of Despair got stood up or broken up with so the other magical girls decided to take her to the circus to try and cheer her up, but now she's crying in the bathroom and the others are outside worrying about her.
