The 'Sushi Worker' is Licca lol The plates also have holes to prevent kids from choking if they swallow a plate and it gets stuck in their throat. The hole allows air to pass through.

I translate the buttons. The first buttons you push is when she frets you and it starts spinning, the second one is when she tell you what time of shushi your like. And the last is when she's telling good by and come again✌️😋💖

I saw another Licca playset (the kitchen) and it had holes in the saucers and the teacups. I think it might be in case a small child swallows one and it gets lodged a certain way it could block the windpipe and thus, the little holes.
