License Notifier - Get email alerts when you run low on Google Workspace licenses

@goldy Arora, I am able to run the script and get the email notification. However, it is not pulling the license info into the spreadsheet. Not sure what I am missing here

@Goldy Arora, Thank you. A couple of questions 1. Am I able to have multiple thresholds for each group? Or is it only allowed the one threshold? 2. Am I able to add ChromeOS licenses to this sheet as well? Or does that require a separate sheet.

Yes, as there is not way to figure that out via API.

Hello Goldy, I deployed your script and it works great, I did notice something for me. A few days later, although in GWS the license count changed the script didn't. It maintained the same numbers. I deleted the users in column A and ran the script again. The sheet then updated with the current license amount. Is there a way for column A to update as well or did I do something wrong with the script. Can you suggest anything I can do to resolve? Thanks

Please make sure you have done the last step shown in the video to run a scheduler from apps script time based triggers.

Hi Goldy. First of all I'd like to congratulate you for your helpful attitude. :-) I'm trying to use the AdminReseller service instead of the AdminLicenseManager service because I want to get the number of licenses for a resold account. I have the "customerId" but AppsScripts is not my best skill. Can you provide some help about the needed modifications? Thanks in advance!

You’re welcome, I’m glad you found it useful, I actually published as crap on Edmond reseller API and some of the Google communities in the past but I couldn’t find it now and I do not have access to reseller Consol so that I can write it again and test it out and give it to you:( I’ll see if I can get reseller Consol access from some of my friends are colleagues and write a script
