it annoys me when people say snsd starve themselves. see for yourself. they don't. you don't have to starve yourself to be skinny. some people were born to be skinny like sooyoung and yoona. and some people work their ass off by excercising to be skinny instead of starving themselves. i'm the second type. if you excercise more than you consume, you'll lose weight. you don't necessarily have to starve to lose weight.

One of the reason why I think Tiffany is the most financially set member of SNSD. LeslieLostAndFound John my best tip for you is to do it randomly don't give a day just do it if you feel like you want to exercise search a 5 munite work out video on KZbin and do it. There is a higher chance that you will do it if it's randomly then if you give a day do it for a week if you get bored search for another 5 to 6 minute video and go from there trust me it works look for specific parts of your body that you want to work out for me was my stomach and arms. I am not skinny like them but I have got to the point where I am starting to tone my stomach. Also don't give up yes it will take longer but is worth it at the end,and don't stop eating the things that you liked just lower your portion smaller plate and lots of water 1 litter and then add one more to make two. You should do it as a routine for example you brush your teeth twice a day right when you don't you feel gross and nasty until you brush them and the feeling goes away well working out is like that make it to the point were if you don't do it you will feel remorse about it until you get it done. It's hard I know but is do it able.

But the end of the day, I always remind myself as long I stay healthy, that's OK. But surely, I learnt how to lower the portion of my foods esp with higher carbohydrate and less sugar.
