fyi you can use skills while pressing E and I dont recommend talisman read lich innate, just rush cloak and shard and ur good to go

Yeah I always forget to use other spells with E. On talisman, I did not spend the money to finish it until later, where it has a greater impact. It does work rather well with the innate, more mana pool.

Talisman gives 3% more total mana, it's very good especially if you or your lane partner aren't getting arcane boots.
