@Leslie Jones. Does the Chasie or House Batts have to be on, for the Auto feature to work. Or is the Generator Hard-Wired to the Batts.

So this can not be internal temperature controlled? Pets are inside- you pull over and stop the coach- get out for a 2 hour hike. The temp inside goes up to 90 degrees, the generator comes on to turn the air conditioner on to cool the coach down. Which Winnebago has this gen control?

It's actually programmed so that it is loss of shore line power driven. We could always swap this out for you.

can this be installed on a fifth wheel travel trailer that has an LP generator? mine comes with a generator panel that just has the start stop switch and the hours indicator.

If you had your generator serviced and want to reset the service due meter is there a way to do that say it shows on mine right now service due 149 hours...but I ad it fully serviced yesterday and want to reset the meter to 250 hours is what I believe is recommended. Is there a way to do that manually??

Good evening! Unfortunately you can only reset and not input a manually entered number.

Good evening Gary! Thanks for your note…. Yes, your Aux Batt switch needs to be on to use the Auto Gen Start. Hope this helps!

So when I turn on my power to the generator going down the road Why does my power still not work I still have 26 hours until check up for my generator, can you help me I know this video is 6 years old.

Good afternoon Blaize! Thank you for your note! I am assuming you have shoreline power when plugged in and if that's the case I'm also assuming that your generator has the same issue of not providing power while stationary, in addition to moving as you mentioned. If that's the case, I'd check the breakers on your generator itself and then suspect a faulty ATS (automatic transfer switch) that switches the power over to electricity from shore line power or your generator. Hope this helps!
