The quality is very good,however I and few of my friends stopped using Licous and even uninstalled the app. It is because of the delivery executives. They always mark the order delivered before even reaching our place and they deliver the item after an hour or so, this has happened many times for us. I also wrote to the customer service but they didn't seem to care. I am not sure if this happens only in Coimbatore or it is the same scenario everywhere. We are not going to use Licious anymore, I and my friends use Fresh to Home and so far it has been good, they deliver the item always on time.
