How is it possible that buzzing unsuspecting people on the beach with a helicopter, within 40 feet, is legal? or in any way safe? or is advocated by a regional agency? Don't they know about the aircraft noise problem on the East End?

Gawd the Hamptons are annoying. Mainly because of Hamptonites. Wouldn't bother us so much if we didn't have to deal with them going to or coming from out east. Maybe they can all just parachute in next summer? And not bother the rest of Long Island?
