A course I would be interested in has a really good LIDAR version on PGA Tour 2k23, would that be helpful to you at all?

If you mean, you have a golf course that you enjoy in 2K23 but you want it built for your simulator in TGC 2019, I can absolutely help you with that.

Oh, sorry for the confusion. Nothing in 2k23 is compatible with any old version of TGC. Nothing is backwards compatible.
