Thanks, Scott. You are a very good instructor. Very good tempo and explanation. Very nice touch, bringing in the Oculus for that demonstration.

Thanks Scott for everything you do for our industry and your ability to dissect and explain these systems is awesome and nothing short of brilliance. Your use of technology to show this to us and put it into a video is off the charts. Thanks again.

Very interesting.... But isn't the first one "just" a stereoscopic IR camera with an illuminator??? Or is that also considered a LiDAR. I thought the light in LiDAR had to be laser. But Lidar sounds cooler than LADAR

The component manufacturer calls it a LiDAR sensor so I’m going with that 😅

this is awesome work! thank you! Would the car also be able to communicate with this waveform, or is this a feature of the program that you use?
@TechScottBrown2 жыл бұрын
With the sensor installed, proper termination allows for a properly balanced circuit. So yes, the vehicle would be able to communicate with it. I plan on assembling a circuit with this sensor and the camera with proper termination. Look for a video on that soon.

@@TechScottBrown yes, I should have thought about that... I'll make sure to watch out for new videos 😁
