That looks delicious. I am always looking for new ways to cook chicken. I love Greek lemon chicken, and I am sure I will love this too. As Italian is my favorite food. I grew up in Helper, Utah. There was a little old Italian lady that was our neighbor. She loved my family and taught my mom how to make Sunday gravy, and how to make a lot of Italian meals. I am still good friends with the ladys family over 50 years later. I love Italian and also Greek food. Thank you for making these video's so we can learn. I never learned to make a lot of the dishes my mom learned and for that I am so sorry.

She has been cooking her entire life at home and in her restaurants. She knows what she is doing. Plus, she has access to the best butchers and ingredients, and doesn't buy cheap crap from big box stores. I have cooked all my life and the only times I have gotten food poisoning is at restaurants. Never from my own cooking.
