Thank you, Lidia! I have a fresh zucchini straight from the neighborhood farms where i live. It apparently fell off of one of the tractors, and i picked it up from the roadside. The anchovy and caper recipe looks so delicious. Im going to have it for dinner tonight. Thank you for the idea!
