Well done...very clear and well narrated. If I may be bold; you spent time explaining how they work but not their effectiveness. However, I can see a place for these heaters in household power cuts, garages and Man Caves.....ok, the wattage is high but that's the price we always pay in electric heater...just don't keep them on all day or night!

As interesting as this is you haven’t mentioned how much they cost to run which is the most important thing of all
@Mandyglen18 күн бұрын
That would vary depending on the size of your room, room starting temp, outside temp and your tariff. Because of the built in thermostat it turns off when the room reaches the temp you set it at. I used it in my box room with the door closed and it was mostly turned off. If I use it in the kitchen it runs continuously due to the room size and costs considerably more. Hope this helps.

Hi, its a shame you didn't test the wattage output on the lowest settings, is it possible you could do that. I'm hoping on the lowest fan and heat settings it consumes a lot less watts. Regards

No, they are not cheap. I just use these for a little boost when I'm home alone and working in one room rather than firing up the boiler.

Yes, it’s probably a bit much, but it’s nice for a quick blast of heat. We live in NE Scotland and it can get pretty cold in the house. We hit -9° last night 🥶. Thanks for stopping by ☺️
