These are on sale here in Ireland this coming Monday for €69.99. I’ve been wanting an ice machine for a while because who doesn’t like a nice wine spritzer at the end of a long hot (English/Irish temp. standard) day without planning to buy a bag of ice! I have just gotten one and I got a question.. After each set of Ice is made, could you keep them in the machine and wait until it is full? I could nto keep them in the machine after each set. They melt and get smaller. (Yours seem to be different and could hold the full basket of ice cube) If it only happens to me , I would ask for a new ones. Thank you for your answer

Hi. The basket isn’t refrigerated so only keeps cool(ish) from the icing side. Mine can make a full basket and stay frozen but melt quite quickly when it stops. I haven’t used it on a particularly hot day though so if you’re using it in a warm room that might make them melt quicker. Also the more I open the lid the more they melt. I hope this helps.

The self cleaning button does not work either... So I will have to return and get a new ones. Thank you so much for giving me the idea of where to keep this thing. In the cellar! nice and chiller 😊
