I have some work out hats that I sweat a ton in and after washing them they lost their shape and deformed quite a bit. I rinsed them immediately after the gym with hot water, stuffed the plastic bags in and form the shape and place them on my floor heating vents and by morning they're good as new! Thanks bro you saved me some money.

i just use a spray bottle, warm water, spray the inside and outside, i use my moms old cooking pot which is the perfect size and shape for my old caps and line the hat with a large enough cloth inside and let it take shape in the sun or fan. i wish i could post before and after photos cuz the transformation was unbelievable. ive restored 3-4 crumbled destroyed hats like new using this method, never tried a steamer yet

Where to store the hats? I have quit a few of them and messed them up stacking them on top of each other because I have no room for them anywhere. That's probably from sweat. Best bet would just get a color dye to match and just touch it up with a q tip.
