I haven't played the piano, but i can tell that you can't execute this performance without any affiliation with emotions

As a pianist, this piece need extreme expressions to even get it to sound right. Technical skill required is also high. Her playing is really nice here as well.

for sure, it just comes naturally. this piece itself is an emotion

This performance is utterly heart-breaking. The piece alone might be the most melancholic song ever composed and the way you played it only intensified that a million times over. Chills, incredible. The soft dynamics and intense rubato added so much pain, longing. Thank you for sharing

Don't rush! Take it slow, be soft at the front, play it with emotion in any way you can think of and be bold.

that sounds awesome. I suggest reading The Act of Touch in All Its Diversity, by Tobias Matthay. In particular, I think it would help a lot with wrist flexibility, and forearm rotation.

Too often people tear through this piece without emotions. You did a great job of maintaining emotions without making many mistakes too. Great job. Here are some things I feel you could improve: 1) When you’re making the jumps in the B section, maintain all the power you can; if you slow down too much and get soft you’ll lose the emotion. 2) In the C section, your left hand when you cross over should be a bit louder. It should be in perfect harmony with the right hand. What’s happening is the right hand is overpowering and I can’t hear the left hand. 3) Take a bit more time during the final moments of the piece. Felt rushed but that’s easy to fix. Good luck!

Not at all. I haven't had a single lesson, I'd say this piece is rather easy. I've learn moonlight 3 appasionata 3 currently learning paganini caprice liszt by myself. KZbin tutorials and friends with diplomas help.

depends on your level, this is a very hard piece and if you’re still a beginner you might want to wait until you get more advanced, otherwise you might injure yourself
