So interesting, would love to see more on this! I've looked into it a bit and found there is a 3D printed arm assembly that carries two motors with another motor at bottom of superstructure for worm/snail gear drive to move the first section of the arm. I've seen some other videos with motors in the arm but there is a worm/snail gear at the elbow of the arm in the other design, trying to least find that as well. I've found this body assembly already. Also, have you any idea how the hydraulic body moves the shaft while it spins? I assume the shaft section is threaded? Like tiny tiny threads?

Two wires goes to the drive unit and there is a seperate receiver with two build in esc that controls the two engines. The two wires you can see and the buttom of the mainboom in the video.

Very nice, just one question. I see, it is pulling a string to move the arm, but it is only one way, to move to the other way, is it using a spring?

I use elastic threads that are mounted parallel to the hydraulic cylinder. You can see one directly under cylinder on on the top of the main boom in the video.

Jede Bewegung liegt auf einer Steuerknüppelachse, also kann man alle Bewegungsabläufe miteinander kombinieren oder auch alle Bewegungen gleichzeitig ausführen.

Hallo, es sind eigentlich nur drei Getriebemotoren mit 6mm Durchmesser verbaut, die als Seilwinden fungieren und über Seilzüge den Baggerarm samt Schaufel bewegen. Die Gegenbewegung erfolgt über Gummifäden, die immer parallel zu den Hydraulikzylindern angeordnet sind. Der Drehantrieb ist über ein Schneckengetriebe auch mit 6mm Getriebemotor realisiert. Was hast du bezahlt für den Grundträger? Für sollche einfache Teile reicht ein 3D-Drucker für 150 € von Aliexpress - Kopie von Prusa. Ansonst es schaut ganze toll aus! 😊

Das Teil war günstig, aber es muss sehr präzise gedruckt sein, damit die Zahnradabstände passen. Das geht sicher nicht mit solchen einfachen Druckern.

Mit etwas Geschick und Zeit kann man auch aus einfachen 3D Druckern sehr gute Ergebnisse erzielen. Die Frage ist, wie das Teil von unten aussieht, denn wenn man "Brücken" oder Überhänge druckt, trennt sich bei den 3D Druckern die Streu vom Weizen ;-) Habe auch einige Erfahrung im Bereich Konstruktion und 3D Druck. Weiß also wovon ich rede. Aber wie Harry schon sagt, muss das Teil präzise und auch Stabil sein. Denke der Druck kostet weniger als 150€ Grüße Oliver

Also wir haben auch Erfahrung mit 3D Druck und mit sollcher Drucker erreichen wir ganz gute Ergebnisse. Die Fläche kann laut Video 4x5 cm haben also ist nicht so klein. Problematisch sehe ich nur die Öffnungen aber die kann man auch durchbohren.

Hallo, das Teil an sich ist nicht sonderlich komplex. Ich habe aber z.B. bei Drucks in Strong and Flexibel bei Shapeways die Erfahrung gemacht, dass sämtliche Bohrungen nicht frei sind und auch nur mangelhaft toleriert waren. Auch die Stifte für das Fahrerhaus oder die Motorhalterungen müssen präzise sein. Auch die Bohrungen für die Kugellager sollten zentrisch sein. Bei diesem Teil von Shapeways ist keinerlei Nacharbeit notwendig. Sämtliche Bohrungen sind passgenau. Das erfordert meines Erachtens nach schon ein Druckverfahren wie SLA. Ist das für 150 € bereits zu bekommen?

Ja natürlich bei Shapeways braucht man (fast) keine Nacharbeit. Also was hat der Stück gekostet? BTW zu dem Drucker - google nach Prusa 3D Printer... kostet zwischen 600 € (Baukit) - 900 € (fertig gebaut). Den gleichen kit haben wir über Aliexpress für 150 € bekommen. Ist Weltbekannt.

You can buy the receiver at solexpert.de. The receiver has icluded 3 esc for the motors. One fourth external esc is for turning gear. All motors can be controlled stepless.
