He seemed to sometimes wave the arm around randomly but then I realised this clever operator was chasing down the dust cloud with the water spray. He certainly knows what he is doing. I would have had that building flattened in 5mins but what a mess I would have made and I wouldn’t have been saving those beautiful wooden beams or sorting stuff either. Cheers 🇦🇺

This operator is GOOD! He knows who to run his machine. It takes SKILL to opperate as good as he is. I know, I've been runing equipment for 18 yrs. And trust me...He's good!

The high reach excavator will soon replace the wrecking ball. It can perform many maneuvers. They even have a jackhammer attachment that will break down reinforced concrete that wrecking balls take hours to do

I'm not too sure why two separate water sources are necessary. Isn't the misting water spray from the demolition claw enough? The water jet from the ground, seems to be only making a much bigger mess.

Bin auch der Meinung daß diese alten Bauten zu gefährlich sind wegen dem Brandschutz und was es kostet die auf guten Zustand zu halten. Die alten Fachwerkhäuser sind was anderes, in meiner Heimatstadt werden diese liebevoll saniert und instand gehalten...

@@danngehdochzunetto das Frage ich mich auch immer wieder. Ich glaube einfach das es daran liegt dass die ganzen Baustatiger und Architekten von der guten alten Bauweise keine Ahnung haben bzw. Haben wollen! Schließlich ist es ja so das Beton das minderwertigste Material ist wo es gibt! Beton hält nur weil Eisen darin verbaut ist aber ein Beton der verhindert das Wasser durchsikert das haben sie noch nicht erfunden. Folge dessen rostet das Eisen und die ganze Hütte wird baufällig. Noch dazu ist Beton eine massives unbewegliche supstanz wenn sich im Boden was bewegt kann sich das Bauwerk nicht anpassen und wird schneller baufällig als die schönen alten Häuser. Dann gibt es noch die Sache mit dem Unterbau ein neues Haus braucht einen Unterbau aus Menschenhand verdichteten Material damit es denn vorschiften entspricht. Ein altes Haus ist auf dem natürlich gewachsenen Boden gebaut, was besser verdichtetes gibt es nicht. Aber das entspricht halt nicht den Vorschriften. Ich könnte noch ewig weiterschreiben. Also wenn Jetzt noch einer der Superschlauen was sagen möchte soll es machen. Aber ohne beleidigend zu sein!

good show. there's some really slow operators on yt and some viewers compliment them on how good they are. i find some operators painful to watch and push the button onto the next clip. not this one. good operator operating complicated machine. i've operated various excavators but not high reach stuff. thank you to the film maker for showing inside the cab so now i know how all the extra rams are operated- a row of foot pedals.

Those buidlings are from the late 1890's and early 1900's. Many are destroyed or heavily damaged by Allied bombs in Stuttgart.

Der Trend war doch überall. Billige Mietshäuser von Versicherungen, Anlegern und anderen Geldgeiern aufgekauft und plattgemacht. Dafür immer das Selbe: Büros, Büros, Läden und ein paar teure Wohnungen. Damals gab es Stadtflucht! Heute ist es wieder umgekehrt. Hier läuft alles aus dem Ruder.

Well, the problem is, that those buildings if they protected by law can demolished by owners if those are companies and pay a lot of money! As a private owner the office of protection of historical buildings and monuments fuck you! If you are big money person who invest in a new project or you're the government as owner of those buildings you can make anything without the law. That sucks!!!!!!! Germany is a fucking country.

Put me on that crane and I would have safely had ALL that 5 story building on the ground in less than half an hour. He hadn't even gotten half the building in half an hour. And his Hydro cylinder even has 3 sided shroud protection!! The operator seems to spend half the time positioning and repositioning the boom without actually accomplishing anything other than boom movement.

Nach was für ein System sotierst du das Holz aus? Altes Bauholz Dachbalken, Better und Raumlager offiziell ist das A4 Holz aber kann auch als A1 Holz gelten es gibt genug Hackschnitzelkraftwerke die das Alte Bauholz verheizen dürfen! Außerdem muss der Markt für Abbruchholz Hackschnitzel so gut nachgefragt sein daß es sich rentiert die Ware quer durch Deutschland zufahren! Holz aus dem Innenbereich ist A2/A3 Holz also Treppen, Zimmertüren mit Stock, sämtliche Möbel aus Massivholz und Spanplatten (Glas darf nicht dabei sein!). Zählt das fast das selbe wie oben! Großschreinerei und Zimmerreibetriebe habe Heizungen die soviel KW habe das sie Hackschnitzel aus A2/A3 Holz verheizen dürfen. Oder es gibt auch Firmen die aus dem Holz neue Spanplatten machen. Das Holz ist sogar soviel Wert das es sich rentiert das man es durch halb Europa fährt. Zum Schluss noch das A4 Holz Fenster mit Glas Fensterstöcke und alles Holz aus dem Außenbereich! Das Holz ist schon fast mit Müll gleich zusetzen! Das darf nur noch in spitzelen Heizkraftwerken verbrannt werden. Mit Filteranlagen. Wie Bei den Müllverbrennungsanlagen halt auch! Du hast bloß zwei Container? Einen für altes Bauholz (A1 Holz) und einen für Holz aus dem Außenbereich (A4 Holz) du könntest ein Haufen Geld sparen wenn du da nochmal trennst. Außerdem habe ich gesehen dass du Gibsplatten unterm Bauschutt hast. Du weißt schon das Gibs Sondermüll ist!

Hallo Matthias! Wen meinst Du mit "du"? Mich sicher nicht, denn ich filme nur. Allerdings sehe ich das nicht anders auf Abbruchbaustellen bis zum heutigen Tag. Es ist so, dass das Altholz der Abbruchunternehmer entsorgen muss, also er muss dafür bezahlen. Belastet und unbelastet getrennt.

@@BeytekinConstructionMachinery OK das habe ich nicht gewusst das du nicht zur Abbruchfirma gehörst! Genau das habe ich ja bescheid das die Abbruchfirma trennen muss zwischen belastet und unbelastet Auber selbst in dem Bereich belastet gibt es noch verschiedene Klassen. Das was ich geschrieben habe ist reines Fachwissen da ich selbst in einer Abbruchfirma arbeite und wir eine große Firma haben die für uns das Altholz entsorgt! Daher weiß ich auch wie es gehandelt wird. Außerdem ist es laut Gesetz so wenn ein man im Sägewerk zu ein Balken geschnitten wird ist er A4 Holz obwohl er nicht belastet ist!

It's funny because of the days of that office building are counted. Allianz built right now a new headquarter. After moving there, they wanna tear down that ugly one.

Dein Wunsch wird wohl in Erfüllung gehen! Denn die Allianz verlagert ihren Hauptsitz dort aus dem Westen nach S.-Vaihingen. Bauarbeiten beginnen jetzt dort.

@@BeytekinConstructionMachinery es wird Zeit, dass gegen völlig hemmungslose Immobilienspekulation endlich vorgegangen wird! Aber solange in der EZB der Italiener das Sagen über die leidliche 0-Zinspolitik hat (er hat selbst Immobilien in Millionenhöhe), wird sich daran kaum was ändern. Und auch die meisten deutschen Politiker haben Immobilienbesitz und sind selbst Vermieter. Also haben diese auch gar kein Interesse an einem normalen, gemäßigten Immobilienmarkt. Insgeheim finden die es doch auch toll, abzuzocken wo es nur geht!

That's no condo in the backgr. it's a highrise office building of one of the biggest insurance company of Germany and owner of that building under demolition. Think that declare a much! :-( Capitalism rules...
