Played Galileo Galilei - it is very crunchy and a medium ++ game... I would put it's weight between a Garphill game and a Lacerda game.

I do like Faraway, we played it twice at the meetup yesterday, so maybe I'll grab Castle Combo. Most of the rest is rather unappealing. I am a wargamer first, but haven't been playing as many of those as I used to, due to group composition changes.

very weak year, in fashion of last 4 years too. we are way passed the gold age of BGs. too many mediocre games are released just to keep on spinning the wheel and surviving until next year. no idea what I will buy at Spiel this year tbh. Probably Arcs, but that's not a Spiel release
