As of 1-5-24 I can confirm that this still works. I did a few weekend missions and a few easy random ones and now I can get everything I want. Also if you come back and turn in a mission at the nexus is will create a quick save you can then load easily from and run right back to the quicksilver vendor. EDIT: I have also confirmed that this method will NOT work if you want to get a VOID EGG. I suggest buying everything in the quicksilver shop first and THEN buying the Void Egg last. Because certain items are considered consumables, they will not be in your inventory when you reload.

With void motes, it much simpler to use the portable refinery exploit. To reload saving and you get some free carbon on the side.

For this to work you need to buy everything and reload the restore point until everything in the quicksilver merchant says “already purchased”. Then you go and select them all again. Then make your save. Then you’re good to go.
