On an initial run there isnt enough quartz to fill everything out. Only use the Quartz on P-Organ stuff you find most useful. The rest of the ugrades you'll only be able to fill out on a NG+ run due to the shortage of quartz per run.

i buyed it yesterday and did a first try on king flame but the electro boss killed me 4 times idk why XD but the game is so freaking cool
