I THINK you have not understood him properply. He is eaplaining why we have triparte God or the Trinity. Not everything is recorded in the Bible. Before the Bible people were nworshipping God. How did Moses know the order of creation and wrote in Genesis 1:1 if not it was revealed to him. Abraham didnt write any book, so how did we know all about Abraham and Sarah? It is becuse, we have oral tradition which was passed on from generation to generation. You beleive everything in the Bible because it is documented.
