I subbed to you many years ago because of the video you made when you were blonde. But your videos about your life and advice you give out are such gems, I really wonder why they're not more viewed. This video came to my homepage at the right time. I was so miserable lately, as I've been thinking about how the career aspirations i have right now stray so far from the paths I was taught to aspire for and the paths pursued by almost everyone around me. I've always looked to others to emulate and ask advice from, but have only just realized in the past year that nobody in my life had the answers that were suitable for the life I wanted to build. Goddamn, that horse story really had me thinking about how I'll never know about how unfamiliar experiences can actually be unless I try things for myself. Thank you!

I feel that a lot. Sometimes we have to forge our own path and leave the unfamiliar. Growth doesn't happen in the comfort zone. Sending you love!!!

Good stuff. You're awesome. Or am I projecting? 🤣 But seriously I never heard that story about the horse before. That's a good one. It took me some time to figure out life is not like a quadratic equation where there is a formula that always works for everyone. One thing I wish I had figured out earlier: looking for missing items is a waste of time. Just do without it until it turns up later. Obviously for things like keys or wallets you'll have to spend time if they go missing, so set aside a place for them. I use a basket on my dresser.

The titles misspelling already says a lot about how wise you are
