Heyyy Sis!!! Have you tried foam rolling or trigger point using a lacrosse ball for your sciatic pain? It works wonders!! I love your green outfit! Where do you find your “tall girl friendly” outfits? (I think we’re around the same height) I’m 5’10 & have a hard time finding long pants.

Hey Sis, I never heard of the foam rolling but I’m about to see. I’m 5’9 & I have to get most of my pants online A&E, Fashion Nova or Express bc they sell the extra tall only online. I can occasionally find a pair in Ross & I remove the hem to make them longer.
