I still to this day view what happens to Carl as a CRIME. I adored watching Carl grow into his own and had such hopes for him growing up and stepping into Rick’s role as protector supreme. I am thrilled for Chandler that he is coming into his own as an artist and stepping behind the camera, I hope he and Danai work together more too because it’s clear that she loves him auntie boots down. Still….a CRIME what they did to Carl.

After they killed him off I stopped WANTING to watch. They screwed us over in so many ways. Negan and Carl from the comics should've happened. That was a whole different story in its own. Rick jealousy over carl respecting Negan. The comedic side of Negan trash talking with Carl. This show should've ended with Carl being the top guy from what he learned from the bad and good in his life. They decided that bs girl power crap and it ruined so many characters. Choosing to have the girl replace Carl was them shoving that girl power in our faces. Big brother Carl would've been a way more entertaining and realistic way to go. I'll forever dislike Scott Gimple and the trash route he took, turning this show into what it is now. I loved the first episode of Rick and michone, but Carl should've made it to the very end. This should've been a father and son ending.
