Never read the book, but judging by the person quite easily can guess the content, a colombo centric woke view of everything which he has no real grasp on reality but a self pat on him self from above.

If you're an anti Sinhala-Buddhist authour, you can get literiture prizes. But in Sri Lanka, no one get science nobel prize or related prizes simply beause these things based on talent only, not some kind of agenda like this.
