Boy oh boy, I used to feel so great, I thought I was recovered, but then the anxiety, the depression and the unbearable nihilism came back last night. It sucks so much. I'm so tired. I can't shake the all-encompassing, darks as hell, nihilism. But I will hold on and keep working on myself. Thank you, Robin, yo are a great partner in this process.

Keep moving forward with your exercises. Physical and mental. Most of all you must get rid of that generalized anxiety. Breathe and relax. I go to therapy and I take meds ( a very light dose). Change that mindset and get to work. Keep moving. Anxiety can't hit a moving target. Good luck.❤

For nihilism specifically, I highly, *highly* recommend reading Marcus Aurelius’s journal “Meditations.”

Hi Sweetheart, Setbacks are to be expected. Don't see them as complete crashes, but as a challenge in your road to recovery. If you practice what you know, you'll get through it again, and you'll have more confidence for the future. I know you can do it ❤️

Hi Anne Sophie ❤️ yes! I've read his work and a lot of my coaching training is based on this type of work. So I use the tools from my coaching and courses on myself (subconscious reprogramming), plus visualisation meditations and practicing mindfulness

Hi Robin do you only offer 3hr private calls? Do you have other options more 1 on 1 until the person is recovered ? Because no one will recover with only 3 hours . Thank you

Hi, I don't offer 3 hour video calls :) I offer 1-hour coaching sessions, which unfortunately I now have a long waitinglist for so I can't help you with that right away. Then I also have a 3+hour online program for self-help in recovery. All the tools I have learned I give in the course for people that either don't have the budget to do 1 on 1 coaching or are in the waitinglist and need help sooner. Maybe that's the one you're referring to?
