Agar private bank mein kaam karna hain toh iss bhai jaisa attitude chahiye matlab mast raho mazak masti karo aur haan pressure hoga prr tumhein tb tk pressure lena hain jb tk tum workplace mein ho uske baad apni life enjoy karo .... Aur haan sabka motivation paisa hi hain yee baat toh 100% sach hain agar haath mein aachanak se 70k aane lage toh kya hi harz hain usme .... It is a very good option consider karna chahiye isse bhi but haan Pressure/Work Load/ gaali toh khani padegi chahe private mein ho ya PSU mein ....

Will I get leave at the time I want leave if I apply for leave in advance? For example, during Durga Puja. 4. Is home state posting available at the age of 40 or 45? Or do I have to spend my whole life outside my own state? It would be a great help if you could give me the answers!

Bro don't think of taking 10 to 12 days casually whenever you want. Bank management will give you that much leave only in case of emergency or your own marriage. Baaki 2 din ki chutti dede wo hi bahut hain

@@anupampal8799 depends on branch manager My previous manager always rejected my leaves whenever I told him then I had to make requests 2-3 times then only he gave the permission. And only for 2-3 days ( so I went generally for 5 days including weekend in a 3 months time period) My present manager is a very good person I went to my home almost once in a month for 3-4 days
