It's quite a big deal and sometimes I feel we have eaten all the kinds of food available 😂. But I'm trying a lot of food combinations recently, I even wrote down all the types of food we eat, all the different combos we've tried and liked and it has been good. I have up to 20 options for breakfast and 30+ for lunch/dinner. I'm currently posting it to help others who are struggling as well😊

Honestly I thought I was the only one that have that peace and joy 😂 when I am stressed I just look for something to do around the house and while on it I forget what I was stressed about 😂 😂 I would copy your practice by writing down all the type of food we eat 😂 it would really help me 😂 getting a jitter for it right now 😂 thank you .
