It's just my husband and I now. I freeze any leftover vegetables like corn, peas, carrots and beans until I have enough for soup. You can add diced potatoes to your soup as well or any type pasta or barley. Just to bulk it up. Nothing better than soup and cornbread on a cold day.

Dinner didn't go as planned. Meat smelled bad once thawed. I was going to just do eggs and tst and my daughter said no let's make this soup and I'll make the corn bread! Great bonding time and it smells so good in here!! We all have tried it and just are waiting for dad to get home!
