I seriously felt myself after a year postpartum! This is the content I love ! Being a new time mommy to my baby girl and being a working Physician Assistant, balancing it all has been a challenge and keeping my health mental /physical well being and not forgetting my husband looks different every day lol ❤ all I can say is it gets easier with time and we all feel the same way !! Thank you for being so real and transparent!

This video was so relatable because after having my baby girl I went into mommy mode. Now I’m snacking and eating when I can. When before I use to workout every morning and target my core. Now I’m in this lazy mode, I need to get back asap because I’m bigger than I was before baby girl. I love my thickness but not in my stomach area! 🥹🤎

Thank you SO much for creating this video. As a young woman who hasn’t started having children yet, I feel like society tries so hard to make it seem like your life is over once you’re a mother. This video is so raw and beautiful and honest and encouraging to someone my age. Thank you for your content 🤍

Awwwwww, I just watched a video from 4 years ago about what you eat in a day. I then found this current video and wanted to say congratulations on your beautiful little girl. Life’s milestones are so wonderful and I wish your family all the best.

Thank you for sharing your motherhood journey! As a new mother to my 7 week old son, it’s definitely refreshing seeing other women go through a similar shift. I’m praying this new chapter gives you exactly what you need to flourish in your purpose. Sending you love!

i’ve never been pregnant but i completely understand the feeling of being lost, in a state of change, not doing what you used to be capable of. i’m in the process of getting an autoimmune disease diagnosis; i’m only 21, but i feel 87. i feel guilty for not being as “young” and “healthy” and productive as before, but you just can’t help it. i wish i could take all the uncomfortable feelings from you, but i cant. so i just wish you well, you’re a great mom!! and i’m rooting for you, im so proud of you, and i love you. mwahhhh 🩷🩷🩷

I'm in week 34 and watching your transformation into motherhood has been so inspiring and calming (even if ofc there are so many hard moments behind the camera and not shown) I love that you are vulnerable and happy and still looking forward to this new version of yourself instead of complaining or feeling stuck in the past. It helps me to hear other new moms process their emotions and their ever-changing life!

You go girl! Slowly find your new self. Glad you’re working through it instead of putting stress on a premeditated timestamp for how and when you should feel yourself again … hormones are a crazy thing. I can only imagine postpartum

You look amazing, remember to be kind to yourself ❤ when I had my boys I remember reading somewhere that when flamingos give birth to their babies, they lose their pink colouring and then over time the mama flamingo gains her pink colour back and I totally related to that

Do you have any recommendations for items you have loved as a new mom? It’s overwhelming to know what to get. Do you love the baby carrier you got, is it from Bumpsuit? Loved this video. So good to see your journey postpartum. Xxx❤

you don’t loose hair when you’re pregnant and you also grow more hair that usual too. the hair loss is normal and doesn’t mean you’re balding lol. your baby is so cute !
