I'm currently 50% in Rec, I've only started playing Rec like a few days ago, but man, how people play Rec is the most confusing and frustrating thing in the game. People not guarding their man or even switching to at least not let a person have an open shot. The amount of times I as a 6'4" PG have to try and guard 2 players is crazy. Last 2 games I played last night, I got put at the 2 as a PG, which is fine, but the PG just constantly not passing, constantly taking contested shots or layups, you could tell it was on purpose because everyone on my team were giving him a hard time. I don't get how playing like that is fun unless you're intentionally trolling.

Watching your vid, you literally had the same shit happening as I did. One dude sitting corner, not moving, everyone else running around like headless chickens, no intelligent runs, same thing over and over. You end up looking like a bad player because you either have to make the decision to take the shot yourself and look selfish or pass a risky one and risk getting picked and look like a bad PG. It's frustrating, then they complain they ain't getting the ball. Do something and you'll get the ball. Make an intelligent run and you'll get the ball, but sitting corner while your man is guarding you and then complain you ain't passing, is crazy.

Yo dig in your controller settings there should be something for your passes to where you can have more control of your passes and the type of pass you wanna send to somebody like double tapping the icon to throw a bounce pass and I’m sure you can throw lobs to that icon too but I’m not sure if you have to hold it a certain time but I know for sure that with that passing setting you can double tap the icon to bounce pass it

Hear me out... Can you consider taking a full squad of your go to players and attempt a challenge video where everyone from the 1 through the Five ends both halfs with at least three 3's? (You could even do it as the celtics) I play random rec and some games it'll be halftime and there will be like 4 Threes made. And I am responsible for 2 or more of them. I'd like to see if the RNG will allow a squad to get to halftime with 15+ threes. And I'd like to know it is possible to get over 30 3's in a game fighting against the algorithm and a zone defense. It could raise some awareness and encourage people to let it fly. Every build on the court should have marksman take on during the challenge.

This! You can’t with certain randoms. They only know to cut and they cut relentlessly. They come on the mic. Hey I’m open on the cuts. But they don’t seem noticed the power forward and his man is hawking the lanes. They don’t coordinate their attack they just do. They can’t see the center hunkering down for the easy pass to the center, they can’t outside their own line of sight and it’s super frustrating to play with. Because as the point you do want to have your teammates score a lot of points but they don’t cut no favor back. I played with randoms where I just passed the ball up and they scored every single time and then I didn’t even have to play defense for 3/4 quarters because the other four players handle everything except for playmaking for me. Sometimes I just be at half court chilling on TikTok. And when the random forces me to actually score, play defense and rebound for four quarters and I come on the mic and tell them how trash they are, they upset.
