Na appreciate ko pagiging Respiratory Therapist ko working with EM sa Saudi assisting intubation, carrying orders for Bipap, Highflow O2, abg, cpr, attending clinical rounds with EM consultant. May RT station kasi sa A& E specific for ED. Favorite na area ko ED. Sa ED ko nakita yung suction catheter ng ginawang bougie ng EM resident nung duda ako na nasira ang ET tube.

Good day. I hope you can make a video explaining the differences between EM and trauma surgery. Medyo confusing siya for me and it seems they're overlapping for me. Thank you.

EM is a different specialty from trauma surgery.......trauma surgery involves specializing first in general surgery and then doing trauma surgery fellowship, EM is not specialized that much in major surgical procedures, only trauma surgeons can perform invasive surgical procedures. sa EM may fellowship rin like pediatric emergency, critical care medicine (ICU) where you can work in intensive care. (EM's role is to stabilize patients and then they would refer to other doctors like trauma surgeons for further treatment)

Listening to this habang gumagawa ng med abstract hahaha. Currently a medical intern to take the boards this year huhu. Still very confused kung EM or IM or FM. But sobrang nalinawan ako sa vid na to haha.

andito ako ulit kasi nakakaexcite lalo mag EM. almost all your reasons po kasi why EM ay parang similar lang sa reasons ko why naging option ko ang EM. although magkacollege pa lang naman ako this year, bsn muna ako !
