i love how non german people see germany. it’s just so funny what fascinates people about this country and it just seems so normal to me, but you also have so much luck to be in Stuttgart, it’s genuinely such a pretty city (: hope you had fun!🫶🏼

I got this video recommended in my feed. I dont usually watch vlogs at all but I thought I'd tune in for a bit. To my big surprise you went to the town and school I was in 😂 I also went to the super market you showed after the 6th school hour. We used to have a big break between 12:55 and 13:45 but you could also get some food in the school canteen where lots of parents worked for free. I really appreciate this video ❤

Great to see you enjoyed being here. Btw, your german pronounciation is very good. Even lots of people will switch to english while talking to you, just go ahead speaking german. Once you will come here again for more travelling in Germany(its a must you have to do and see all the different regions, the different cultures and get more food experience) speaking german is a key opener everywhere and people will be more open to help and support you. CU Btw, Herzog a genuine german name. Are there german roots in your family ?

Yes there are German roots in my family! And thank you, I try my best. I hope to travel to Germany much more in my lifetime.

@@graceherzog Your biggest advantage is that you speak and pronounce german language very good. It opens doors you wouldnt expect. Even grumpy and reserved germans will give you a smile

i flew from Singapore to Auckland, New Zealand..... my local German airport is so much bigger as Auckland international... but my state (one of 16 German states) got over double the population of NZ...
@pastenik7055 Жыл бұрын
we only have 16 states but i get your point living in the east (Brandenburg;few parts of Berlin,sachsen) is more NZ then the west and much harder in generall

Haha .. reminds me when we were brewing some different alcohol stuff in a chemistry course and when it was finally ready we were all tasting it and even another teacher sneaked in every 10 minutes or so to also try it, that was really fun 😂🤣

well students are not allowed to leave the school area. no matter what school. its an insurance thing. if something happens you insurance would not pay and the school had to. so its not allowed

Be open to making mistakes in German!! You’ll do great :) it’s totally okay to be nervous but as long as you go into it and maintain an open mindset/perspective everything will fall into place

Seems you had a great time. Recommended channels: Not Just Bikes The Black Forest Family TreyDaze (esp regarding Stuttgart) Oh, and i had many bruises like that from (not correctly) riding a bike when i was younger. You learn from your mistakes. ps: three weeks are not enough.

i do live near stuttgart and well.. it's not my favourite city nor region. i do recommend düsseldorf, leipzig, hamburg and munich. berlin is a shithole. and there are many smaller towns that are worth a visit as well. maybe another time.
