But why are panic attacks so common now? That’s not normal. I have anxiety (gad) about a year now and it startet out of nowhere. I am 30 and never had problems with my mental health. It is so exhausting. I can’t be alone at home, I really need to fix it but every time I try, I get a really bad panic attack. The fears are huge! May Allah help and heal us. الفيديو كان أفضل من رائع أحببت الأجواء جداا لم أنتبه له حتى وجدته انتهى أنا أتفق معك بشدة في كل ما قلته رغم أنني ENFJ الا انني احتاج في كثير من الأحيان الى موعد مع نفسي ، خرجت المرة الماضية وحدي لتناول الغداء ثم تجولت في المدينة ثم انتظرت والدي لاعود معه للمنزل في السيارة مع الاسف لا استطيع البقاء وحدي لمدة 24 ساعة لو استطعت فعل ذلك لفعلتها ربما في الاختبارات الماضية كنت وحدي دون زميلتي في السكن الجامعي و اضطررت الى المراجعة مثيرا و بقيت وحدي لمدة ثلاثة ايام لا اعتبر بقيت وحدي فقد كانت الدراسة و المراجعة معي 😭 الحمد لله أبشركم تحصلت على علامة مرضية جداا و جيدة جدا 🌷 أحب فيديوهاتك جداا حسناء كل الحب لك من الجزائر 💛
