You fail to mention the 10% pitch fee increase and the stress a £1000 rise a year causes on people . A cowboy company

How much did you pay them to do that then?, i can assure you hardly ANY owner feels this way, security isnt great, things are constantly being stolen from outside owners vans, especially seating and you/security do not seem to care. now lets move onto the bits you FAIL to mention. *Pitch fees- around £9000 per year now, with this you are banned from any parkdean events as these are just for guests who book directly with parkdean, you are not allowed anything on your pitch no more as its goes against your "pitch perfect crap", as there are to many owners on site and the venues are not big enough for us all, owners have to books owners only event month in advance, usually costing you £10 per person, ticket can be redeemed at the bar though but sometimes without the owners discount applied as staff don't about it or something, if you are disabled, then you are treated like crap and discriminated against, as proven by their "beach clean" event, this was supposed to be a coffee morning but was changed to a beach clean then a coffee and catch up, but if you was disabled you was told you couldnt attend the beach clean or the coffee and catch up afterwards, whatever you do, DO NOT plan a coffee and catch up yourself, last time we did this owners was accused of "protesting" lol. they put pitch fee's up in line with RPI Percentage which has drastically increased since the Ukraine war, you ask why and they blamed it on the war and the cost of everything going up, no idea how the war affects your caravan being stored on a pitch??, they did use the excuse that food/drink prices had rises, but we pay for that separately when we order?? *Owners discount- what a load of rubbish, this can no longer be used when there are other discounts on, there is usually always a discount on which is usually more than the 20% we get off, so EVERYONE can get the discount, discount can not be used for soft play if booking in person, only if you book online (this was the case last time we tried it), it feels like the owners discount is slowly being taken away, some places on site do not allow the discount (like the popcorn and candy floss stand and the slush drinks stand). *Communication- I do not think the park knows what this is, it seems they do not communicate with 1 another, so if a staff member does not know the answer to something, they will just make it up to what they think the answer is, then you ask someone else and get a different answer, they do NOT like to put anything in writing, it is usually all verbal as they like to take back what was said and no proof anything was said otherwise, for example, loads of owners was told they could have extra slabs down to make a nice little patio or was told they could have a 2nd storage unit, then after the work was done, they get a letter saying they are not allowed it and it must be removed, and that they could NOT get a refund from the park for the work the owner has just paid them to do. If all you want is just the caravan, you do not care about the facilities, the owners discount, want to rely on the park for stuff, not rent your caravan out, then it could be a lovely place, but if you do want anything, then i hope you have a strong set of lungs on you as you will need them.
