Jammy, you look good! Keep it up 😊 You're right about caloric deficit. Yun yung best way to lose weight, but we also have to do it right para, as you said, hindi drastic or risky yung weight loss. Exercise can help, but it's really more for strength or flexibility improvement, etc. Losing weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle really takes a lot of self control! I am trying to lose weight too. I dont restrict myself from eating sweets, carbs, and junk food, like you, binabawasan ko lang yung portion. I also do walk at home exercises, 30 minutes per day.
