XLN outdid themselves this time. Wonderful program. Being able to use a phone as the mic, recording ambient and background noises throughout the day, then turning them into beats and patterns is wonderful. Having control over the fine tuning of the results moves this out of the realm of a cute little toy into a really nice addition to a producer's toolbox.

It probably would and you can still upload the field recordings. But if you don't have one you definitely have a phone.

As a new 'composer' (aka total N00B :D ) I FREAKING LOVE THIS. I'm just walking around banging on random stuff, listening to the sonics and making my beats out of it. Giving me ideas on how stems are used. I can do Midi parts all day, but Stems haven't been in my world until now. Great review and great plugin from XLN!

Nice demo thanks! Seems similar to XLN Audio's other plugin called XO, but the workflow's very different. I'm gonna have a play with XO again to see if I can get similar results without too much extra work...
