Before sleep make sure you 1. Make Wudu 2. Recite Ayatul Kursi, Surah Sajdah & Mulk 3. Recite Last two verses of Surah Baqrah 4. Reciting the last three soorahs of the Qur'an and Blowing into the cupped palms and rubbing hands over the body. 5. Recite Tasbih 33 x SubhanAllah 33 x Alhamdulillah 34 × Allahu W akbar May everyone that takes the moment and recite them may allah grant them immediate relief and strong iman🙏🏻🤍
