Love the phone fast idea! There’s a part of me that’s been seriously considering getting a cheap flip phone and locking up my smart phone for a couple month and seeing what happens. To still be able to make calls and texts, but without all the distractions. I’m also a SAHM and it can be so hard being home all day with the distraction of screens.

Putting it in a drawer was a game changer for me! It was so refreshing not having it in an area where I could easily pick it up and get distracted.

I wake up in the morning to prepare breakfast table for my 10 year old and make her school lunch and also listen to Christian music . Just sets the day right. Before I get out of bed I talk to God.

@@_KendraChristine thank you ☺️ I'm starting to use the bible app again I've read my bible and it took me two years due to so many trials of life ups and downs happening I just don't feel like reading it again so the devotionals help alot

don't be glued to the tube (I'm still working on this, but it's definitely good to have little to no screen time. I have to study online, but then I want to spend my free time doing other things.)
