over 60% of protesters now are Jewish. Many progressive platforms have Jewish people on , like Norman Finkelstein, Katie Halper. Rabbis have spoken out. I've heard 5 Jewish Holocaust survivors , who are in the protests, denouncing nethanyahu. It's always been the same far rightwing extremists from every country , every nation. Muslims have the extreme right. Jews do. Christians do. Americans do . That's what its always been. And then there's the middle of the road naive people that get brainwashed into believing. I'm constantly fighting with both family and friends who are now in support of Israel. They never were before. Why? They completely got brainwashed and duped by israel saying hamas beheaded, raped, tortured women. These people, especially women were outraged, still are. Even now when I show all the beheadings, rapes, etc have been debunked. Lies. My point is there are always some that see through the b.s, but some that totally fall for it, get brainwashed. I'm personally not of any religion. American,But I just try to use critical/rational thinking.....right vs. wrong . It's nice to be a part of a group, but dangerous when that becomes 'groupthink', meaning no matter what you'll always take the side of your people, whether that be Jewish/Muslim/Christian/ American/ female/ male/ Black/ Asian/Arab/Socialist/ Buddhist/ German, etc. Many Israelis are just blindly supporting Israeli goverment, whether right or wrong . But many do that. American maga's think anyone disagreeing with them are anti America. I have a friend in Turkey, who is Muslim, but rational Muslim. He always says the problem are the extremists

Some perspective: 100% of US aid that goes to Israel must be spent on defense and comprises < 15% of Israel’s overall defense budget. 85% of that aid must be spent with U.S. defense and weapons manufacturers. The United States should end military aid to Israel. 1. Military Aid to Israel is unnecessary. Israel is a very prosperous country and more than capable of paying for its own military. 2.Military aid to Israel is a security risk to the United States. Israel has been selling American developed military technology to China for more than a decade. These sales have been instrumental in the modernization of China's military. 3.Military aid to Israel is a diplomatic liability, 4, Military aid to Israel is illegal under American law. Israel's human rights violations disqualify Israel from receiving military aid under the Leahy law and Israel's refusal to allow inspections of its nuclear sites or sign the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty makes any aid to Israel illegal under the Symington Amendment.

Jesus said to Love God, Love your neighbors and as a person being Christ-like there's nothing "Godly" happening in the Middle East...even if there was no religion they'd still kill off the Palestinians to get all that lucrative beachfront property...see through the bullshit...more land grabbing at the cost of life by greedy evil people.

Israeli Hasbara 101: 1. We haven't heard reports of deaths, will check into it. 2. Palestinians were killed, but by a faulty Hamas rocket. 3. Okay, we killed them, but they were terrorists. 4. Okay, they were civilians, but they were being used as human shields. 5. Okay, there were no fighters in the area, it was our mistake, but we don’t target civilians, like Hamas. 6. Okay, we've killed far more civilians than Hamas, but look at how terrible other countries are! 7. Why are you still talking about Israel? Are you some kind of anti-semite?

Is Palestinian blood so expendable? More than 270 killed and neatly 700 injured in less than two hours to release just four Israeli captives? The most distressing aspect of a massacre may be its portrayal in the media. Images of liberated Israeli captives circulated, statements lauded Israel’s success in freeing four people - but what about the 274 people killed? The story is the same for us all. We bear witness to what happened: chaos, hell, screaming, terror, relentless bombardment, gunfire, exodus, and death at every turn.

this man is more than brave, sane and moral to ask for a ceasefire, having lost his parents. i honor him and i hope there are no more dead people from both sides, when this irrational genocide ends.17.000 children dead will not bring 1000 dead israelis back. even the dead would not want that...israel must aknwoledge that there is an occupation and return to the pre-1967 borders, by establishing the 2-state solution.., and the palestinians must aknowledge that there will be a jewish state in their native land. this will be a difficult but just and brave decision for both Israel and Palesine but it will ensure a long-term viable peace and a future for both nations. One has to wonder if these 4 Hostages have any regard for the 270 Civilians who were killed by the IDF Military Force to affect their release. Will they thank their captives for keeping them in good health while Palestinian Children not far from where they were held captive are being starved by the Israeli Military ? Instead of signing a Cease Fire Agreement to bring the hostages is this the Bully Netanyahu Regime mission to get hostages released through bloody massacres. Massacres in which some hostages were even killed under the hand of the IDF Massacre Force.
