Life, Death and Transition

For the past 2 years, my Dad has been undergoing different treatments for his Cancer. In recent months, the tumor got worse. After hearing he had been moved to palliative care, I decided to cut my time in Bali short and book a flight back to Sydney.
While on my way to the airport, I got a call from my sister and brother who were with my Dad. He wasn't able to speak so I did the talking...
I told him not to be scared. I told him that he wasn't alone and that we would still talk with him. I told him that I loved him.
When I arrived at the airport, my sister called again saying he had just passed away gently and peacefully in his sleep. That call was 3 weeks ago.
My Dad's recent passing brought up quite a bit of reflection on some existential themes: life, death, reincarnation, where we go when we leave our physical body and why we came to Earth in the first place.
In this Livestream, I shared some thoughts and reflections. I also share some things that kept me grounded during this whole process.
