People often take kind-hearted individuals for granted, and those with kind dispositions can end up hurt or worse. Life isn't about giving 100% to others and sacrificing yourself in the process. I've tried that, and it simply doesn't work. My experience has taught me that most people are not yet evolved enough to move beyond seeking instant gratification or causing harm to those who don't share their beliefs. This realization means you either give selflessly and fade away, remembered as just another kind soul among many, or you stand up and declare, "No more." There's a limit to what one can give, and sometimes it's necessary to say, "No more."

its often as we can channel a lot of power but also very empathic, we hold back on the amount of power we allow to come through us. Its also being told its unkind to have boundries and get mad. While anger at a primal level isnt evil, its a natural reaction to a boundrie being crossed. Then fear and guilt muddle that up but yes its not only more compassionate towards yourself to not blindly sacrifise your own freedom for the comfort of others but also towards them. You kind off aide them in their downward spiral if you give away light out of guilt and keep quiet. Its just another truth and in the end you see there is no difference between you and them an none are real as an individual

You spoke that 100% correctly. This applies to me totally. My body is spent from doing so much for others every single day. It has taken everything physically and emotionally. I have a mew dimple from crying so much. Nobody has reciprocated. I'm losing my husband.. or he has been losing his mind before me for years now. He has become apathetic. My mother's demands are all consuming. I am sick of it and done even know how to care for me anymore. Nobody cares how I am. My best friend just waits for me to go visit her. I swear I have ptsd from the years of having to deny myself and March to everyone else's tune. I'm in full body spasms from having to empty mom's condo and probably not eating right. I want love and laughter, a date, an outing away from the demands.

nah you cant aim to be fearless, you can aim to have courage no matter the amount of fear when its something important to your heart. I am happy can be an avoidance of facing pain and chasing happiness or fullfillment will cause suffering as it supresses its opposite. Seeing what is already here and it will show to be true. I am healthy will matter less and less, your peace will not depend on it and although you wont do anything that damages your body because it also afflicts your peace of mind, you wont value it much, just appreciate whats given. I am wealthy is a superficial wish and will take away from your desire for unity with the devine, you cant serve your desires for this world (not even love between people) and your desire for unity. Mastering your reality is the biggest flaw of all, you should aim to be a master of Self realising nothing in this world and your mind can touch you: detaching is the opposite of trying to control. Even in the end you will realise this seeming free will is even illusory but as long as you have that feeling: aim to realise the Self, turning away from the world. Reality is just here to reflect where you are binding yourself, its not a goal to be mastered, just a reflection. Sorry Im am being disaggreable today

I agree with AwakenedHomo, plus there are a few points in Astral’s video seems contradicting themselves: 1- At the beginning Astral shows the key quote, which I feel like I am in that stage: “The ascension beings lose interest in the material affair.” But in one point, Astral gives the example of how to find our purpose and achieve it, like Michael Jordan and few others. No offend, but these successes based on chasing material affairs, isn’t it? 2- In another point, Astral said we should not let others strain our energy. We have to follow our heart, go with the flow of the cosmic energy. But some other point, Astral says we should help others, think of others as ourselves. Are these points contradict each other? Besides, I think and I do for others, for whole my life, including bringing up my children. Now my children are growing up and have jobs. But they are still living with us, because the housing crisis, they just can’t afford to move out and we can’t push them out to sell the house to live abroad as we dream of. Besides, they need me to do cleaning, shopping and cooking for them. One hand I like to travel around the world and meet people like myself (as my family does not like to talk about spiritual or ascension or starseed or light beings). On the other hand, I feel bad like I run away from my wonderful family (They don’t believe or don’t understand, but they don’t against me either, they love me, care about me and accept my differences). Life is very hard at the moment and if people hurt you that is not something that you can control but you can control how you treat yourself and the Spirits that gave life and sustain life within you.
