Canada isn’t worth it madam. Nothing is better than India. But if you really want to move, then try moving to Scandinavian countries; specially Denmark, Norway. Switzerland is another better choice. The life there is wayyyy high-standard compared to Canada. USA is better than Canada. Move there if you want better financial life and if you are an aspirant definitely USA is the right place to grow further in your career. Just remember, people who can’t find a position in the USA move to Canada. But again I would reiterate myself, India is the best. Your motherland is your land nothing can compensate that. I am living in the USA for 14 years and I am a professor of engineering here, well settled, but miss India. 😊

Always wait for a year to make a new basement . Ground moves also builders recommend to wait for a year. Also you can have issues with Tarion. And if you are making it do it legally. Have the basement done with spray insulation.

Your video is very good. But it is difficult to live in basement apartment.Rent of Apartment may be higher but mentally it is satisfication. It is a difference of $500 per month but it is better to share with similar couple. 2 bedroom apartment is a good idea for the timebeing.
