Love this video...I make most of my bread for my family for 40 years...unfortunately my adult kids have no interest in doing it themselves...but, love when they come home and I have some ready! Really very interesting and I wish that we could live as simply as this .....there would be less stress and trouble in the world. I make my own whole wheat brown bread or rye sourdough bread which is a long process. I look forward to seeing more of your videos. Thank you from the UK.👋😊
